If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is on us, and broken items usually do not need to be sent back at all. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Arizona time (MST) on weekdays start processing the same business day. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days, and your order typically arrives within 7 to 10 business days in total, shipped with USPS or FedEx.
Once your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking to start updating.
